Information used to provide PromoSecret
When you use PromoSecret on WhatsApp, the service processes the contact and business details, photos, voice notes, campaign instructions and feedback needed to create and deliver your promotional content. Operational events are retained so campaigns, credits, failures and customer support can be understood accurately.
Payments
Checkout is handled by PayFast. PromoSecret records the order reference, package, amount and payment status needed to add credits and reconcile payments. Card or bank credentials are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by PromoSecret.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, the public website loads Google Analytics 4 and records page views, sections viewed and interactions with public calls to action or campaign packs. The integration does not attach your phone number, WhatsApp messages, customer record or campaign content to those events.
Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in the site configuration. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days, after which the website may ask again.
