Do I need to download anything?

No. It all happens in WhatsApp, in a normal chat. If you can send a photo and a voice note, you can use it.

What if I don't like the posters?

Ask for different wording or a different look and you'll get them, free. Being stuck with something you don't like isn't a thing we charge for.

What if I have no photos?

One usable photo is always better than none, so we'll use whatever you have. For businesses with nothing to photograph — a plumber, a tutor — we can design a background instead.

Do my credits expire?

Never. Buy five today and use the last one in eight months if that's how your year goes.

Is my card safe?

Payments are handled by Payfast, a South African payment provider. Your card details are entered on their page and never reach us.

Can I use it in isiZulu or isiXhosa?

Yes. Captions can come in a second language alongside English, picked from where you told us you are.
