Using the service
PromoSecret creates promotional campaign material from details, instructions, images and voice notes supplied through WhatsApp. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business represented in the conversation.
Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of the business content you provide. You give PromoSecret permission to process, store and adapt that content only as needed to operate the service, create requested campaigns, provide support and meet legal obligations.
You are responsible for checking prices, dates, claims, contact information and legal requirements before publishing a campaign. AI-assisted outputs can make mistakes and must be reviewed like any draft prepared for a business.
Credits and payments
PayFast processes checkout. A purchased campaign credit does not expire. Credits are loaded only after a provider-confirmed payment and may not be resold or transferred unless PromoSecret agrees in writing. Introductory offers may have stated purchase limits or end dates.
Availability and changes
PromoSecret aims to deliver campaigns promptly but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, safety reviews and events outside reasonable control can delay delivery. If a campaign fails before delivery, its consumed credit is returned.
Suspension
PromoSecret may refuse content or suspend an account that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy, threatens the service or other people, attempts fraud, or repeatedly abuses promotional credits. We will act proportionately and preserve valid statutory rights.
Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, PromoSecret is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit or a business decision made from unreviewed campaign content. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
